I offer health coaching services through various methods, including but not limited to in person and via online sessions. By engaging in my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment of services is due at the time of each session.
2. Any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
3. No refunds will be issued for any session or program.
4. All information and recommendations provided by me should not be seen as a substitute for medical advice from your provider. 
5. All sessions and programs are confidential.
